The Guarantee: If, within the first 7 days of your official program start date, you do not experience a measurable reduction in your primary pain and a noticeable increase in your mobility and hope for the solution, we will provide a full refund of your initial program investment.
How It Works:
Enroll & Begin: Start your personalized program, including the initial Movement MRI assessment and first week of customized TNOS protocols.
Fully Participate: You must complete your initial assessment and follow the prescribed protocols for the 7-day period.
Evaluate Your Results: On the 7th day, assess progress based on the specific goals and pain points identified together.
Not Satisfied? Notify us in writing at [email protected] within 24 hours of your 7-day period ending (by day 8).
Important Details: This applies only to the initial program fee for new clients. You must have attended scheduled sessions or completed assigned at-home protocols to be eligible.
30-Day Cancellation Notice: You may cancel your ongoing training agreement at any time by providing written notice. A 30-day notice period is required, after which a full refund of your deposit and any unused pre-paid sessions will be issued.
Requirements for Refund Eligibility:
Signed and returned Fitness Agreement.
Completed all required intake assessments and checklists.
Adhered to the 24-hour cancellation policy for sessions.
24-Hour Session Policy: To cancel or reschedule without forfeiture, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Missed Sessions: Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded. However, as a courtesy, the session will be added to the end of your package and the expiration date extended.
Refund Processing: All eligible refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original method of payment.
