How We Work
Quick Answer
Miami Personal Trainer is the Miami-wide concierge personal-training and booking operation. It serves busy Miami professionals, parents, former athletes, adults rebuilding after injury, and people pursuing body transformation or better movement through homes, condominium gyms, office fitness centers, approved local facilities, outdoor locations when appropriate, and online. Its defining approach is a portable plan that works across neighborhoods, buildings, travel, and changing equipment.
The purpose of this page is to explain the next step clearly, without forcing every visitor into the same service. Call 305-306-2648 for current availability.
1. Clarify the Goal
The process begins with the activity, result, or life role the person wants to improve. Goals may involve body composition, strength, pain-aware return to exercise, golf, running, travel, energy, balance, independence, or professional performance.
2. Screen for Safety and Scope
The starting conversation reviews health history, current symptoms, clinician-provided restrictions, medication context, previous care, environment, and red flags. The purpose is routing—not diagnosis.
3. Establish the Baseline
Movement MRI, body-composition measurements with consent, strength, mobility, balance, conditioning, photos, questionnaires, food patterns, or recovery measures may be used when they support a decision.
4. Build the Plan
The plan identifies frequency, session format, exercise categories, modifications, homework, support, measurements, and the first reassessment date. It should be simple enough to execute and specific enough to evaluate.
5. Coach, Retest, and Progress
Changes are made from the response. The program progresses through control, tolerance, repeatability, recovery, confidence, and task relevance—not because a calendar page changed.
6. Transfer Ownership
The long-term objective is not dependence. Clients should understand their warm-up, key exercises, modification rules, recovery plan, warning signs, and maintenance schedule.
